2. Free delivery if total purchased amount is 75,000.00 & Up (Within Metro Manila Only).

Q: Is pick up possible?

Yes, but pick up items are to be scheduled. An email and text confirmation will be sent when items are ready for pick up. Kindly pick up the items within the week of receiving the text and please inform as well our design team beforehand for date & time of pick up.

Q: Are items posted in your website and Social Media accounts available?

Availability of items are subject to prior sales. Note that actual stock availability will be checked by our design team upon request.

You may purchase thru our website by sending an inquiry on your selected items. Our design team will respond and send you a formal quotation on your chosen items.

You may purchase directly on our showroom. Kindly contact our team
in advance for your visit, so we can respectfully accommodate you.

Q: How would I know if you are having a sale?

1. We would love to keep you updated with our exclusive sale and promotional offers and events. Just add your name to our email list and we will send you notification of our sale and promotional offers.

Q: Indent Orders Policy

a. Lead time will be 60 to 90 days (depending on the item/selected) upon confirmation & down payment of order.

 

b. Orders cannot be cancelled after invoice has been issued and the deposit paid.

 

c. Balance should be settled from the time the product/item are ready for delivery.

 

d. Delivery shall be 3-5 working days from received of full payment.

 

e. Update for schedule of delivery will be sent by text message, viber and email.

 

f. Condition of good will be carefully check by our design team prior to delivery or pick up. Negligence to check by the client will void any exchanges.

 

g. Upon full payment storing of items will be max of 30 days only, after 30 days a fee of P 500 will be charge per day.

Q: How can I assure that items are in good condition?

Rest assured that on hand items will be carefully check & documented before delivery.

Q: What if Item received have some damage on the day of delivery?

1. Upon release of items, rest assured that items are thoroughly checked and documented by the design team.

 

2. Items for picked up should be checked in the presence of one of the designer team. Negligence to check will void any exchanges.

Q: Return of item is not applicable for the following reasons.

1. Change of mind is not a valid reason for exchanges and refunds.

 

2. Damage after signing the delivery receipt is not acceptable. Kindly check the items before the logistics leave.
