A. Online Orders

  1. Orders cannot be canceled after an invoice has been issued and paid.
  2. Orders must be paid before delivery.
  3. Customers can opt to have the item picked up (store pickup, Lalamove, Grab, etc.) or have it delivered. For delivery, shipping rates will be computed and sent to the customer once the item has been paid.
  4. Delivery shall be 3-5 working days from the receipt of full payment.
  5. Inspection of the goods upon delivery and defects should be notified to OAKLANE immediately after items have been received.

B. Indent Orders

  1. Availability of stocks are subject to prior sales.
  2. Before placing an order, actual stock availability will be checked by the sales coordinator to ensure the availability of product/item.
  3. Upon placing of order, products/items will be reserved for only 5 working days until downpayment is placed (50% of total cost). Failure to pay for the down payment will void the reservation.
  4. Lead time will be 60 to 90 days upon confirmation & down payment of order.

C. Delivery

  1. Delivery will be made via LBC.
  2. Update for shipping rates and schedule of delivery will be sent by message thru mobile or email.
