Shipping and Ordering Details
A. Online Orders
- Orders cannot be canceled after an invoice has been issued and paid.
- Orders must be paid before delivery.
- Customers can opt to have the item picked up (store pickup, Lalamove, Grab, etc.) or have it delivered. For delivery, shipping rates will be computed and sent to the customer once the item has been paid.
- Delivery shall be 3-5 working days from the receipt of full payment.
- Inspection of the goods upon delivery and defects should be notified to OAKLANE immediately after items have been received.
